After we visit your property to learn a little more about you and your property, we'll tell you how much you can expect to achieve and talk you through the next steps. 

 

When you decide to rent your property through Honeycomb, you’ll have the option to choose from our let-only service or opt for one of our management packages - either full management or rent collection.

MARKETING AND FINDING
YOUR TENANT

Our modern TO LET boards are a distinctive statement and our branding is minimalist yet bold, we are a brand that is recognised throughout the area which means your home will be noticed.

Our carefully composed professional photography and detailed floor plan will help your homes next tenant visualise the space

in use.

Internet marketing on property websites including Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla.co.uk and extensive exposure on our social media Facebook & Instagram, accompanied viewings by a member of the team here at Honeycomb Lettings.

VIEWINGS

When the enquiries start flooding in, we’ll keep you updated as to how we’re getting on. Before scheduling a viewing, we’ll carefully qualify each person to make sure they fit your chosen criteria. 

Viewings will be booked as soon as possible, whilst working around your or your tenant's schedule - and after the viewing, valuable and thorough feedback will be shared with you.

LET ONLY

Once a tenant is found for the property we would initially discuss with you their suitability. If you’re happy to proceed we would then pass the potential tenants details to a specialist credit referencing agency. All our referencing checks include the right to reside in the UK and income & affordability checks.

We undertake all negotiation of the rental terms and our letting agents draw up an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement which will be approved and signed by all parties involved and witnessed by ourselves.

The tenant will pay Honeycomb Lettings their first months rent plus the deposit/bond which will then be sent to the Landlord minus Honeycomb Lettings fee.

FULLY MANAGED

In appointing Honeycomb Lettings to find a suitable tenant and manage your property, you can be assured that we will look after your property to the highest of standards and so protect your best interests to the maximum.

PRICING

LET ONLY £450 one off fee..

Let and rent collect £450 initial fee plus 8% monthly rental amount.

Full Rental Management Services £400 initial fee plus 10% monthly rental amount

 

All landlords are welcome to provide their own documents, however if you require our assistance we can arrange for third parties to arrange the below.

Gas safety certificate £75

Electrical condition report £100

EPC £80

Key cutting £5 per key
